Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. The church is also part of the Acts 29 Network, where he is the Director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne's passion is equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several online pieces and is also a contributing writer to Christ-centered biblical counseling changing lives by embracing God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three kids together with his wife Leslie.
